94% of customers who purchase flooring samples do not progress to the next step due to uncertainty. Leveraging insights from behavioral psychology and collaborating with a content strategist, this initiative focuses on empowering customers with knowledge and reigniting their project engagement. I identified key touchpoints in the customer journey and determined the most pertinent content for each stage. Currently, the team is working with the marketing department to explore opportunities to marry this strategy with existing communication channels.
